Kim Kardashian Sues Youtube Co-Founder for Leaking Engagement Video

Stirring up controversy no matter what the situation, reality superstar Kim Kardashian is reportedly suing YouTube’s co-founder for allegedly leaking footage of Kanye West's proposal.

Originally published from MaxBit, a video website similar to Youtube, the video of Kanye's proposal went online only a few days after the actual act.

In the lawsuit, the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" starlet said that Chad Hurley, who co-founded both YouTube and MixBit, is the man responsible for the leak of the video footage.

Kim released a statement saying that Hurley was not even invited to her surprise birthday party, and that he must have somehow bamboozled his way inside. When he was granted permission to stay, reports say that Hurley signed a confidentiality agreement and was also photographed holding the contract.

However the 33-year-old stated that nothing stopped him from trying “to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”
